Please explain "Make favorite blogger"

Hi Kady, Hope my question doesn't cause the stir the others have. Could you explain the little star and Make favorite blogger thing under the pictures of the blogger?
ATTENTION: To all those who think I'm trying for favorite blogger, I haven't written any blogs. (read and repeat)
I don't plan to write any blogs (read and repeat)
I'm not interested in writing any blogs. I'm not interested in making an income writing any blogs.
I'm only interested in and trying to learn things about this site. I swear, sissy-smack-hand-and spit!

Make favorite Blogger is the same as a "favorites" tab on your browser. When you read a blog you will see, Make Favorite Blogger. Click on it.
When you go to that tab on the Blog page all of the people you have "tagged" will show up nobody else, kinda of a way to keep track of your favorite blogger.
It is not a title just an option.
