A change in Powermom and Giveaway rules

Thanks Proxy. Some moms jump to ANY conclusion that fits their anger du jour.

1) You've said what you like. That's good. That's okay. That, specifically, was my reason for asking if a poll could be done. To have moms vote their preference. Other moms, from their posts, from their assumptions, from their "conclusions", aren't as up front on how they feel. They prefer to hide their preferences in snippy statements, all of which are negative in context.

2) Sorry about the song that runs through your mind. Happens to me a lot, too. Not THAT particular song, but others. Lately it's "When you're a Jet". (I blame the media, har-har)

3)Don't know how to do a lot on the computer. Not that I can't learn, but I have higher priorities. (doing research on adoption was one)

4) I'm not planning on being powermom this month. Either.
Sometimes, okay, a lot of the time, it's an escape of the loneliness I'm feeling. I enjoy giving someone an extra idea or some encouragement.

5)Sometimes I start to post/submit something, then realize it's not what I TRULY wanted to say and I try to delete it quickly before it's read. I guess the delete isn't as quick as I would like, but I don't mean any harm. I don't like myself very much if I have to say something unkind to defend myself. And it feels like I've had to defend myself since I joined in April last year.

6) I keep vanilla wafers next to the computer. Dog does tricks to get one. It's a morale booster for him and for me.

7) I'm not a mean person. I'm not a calculating person. And I don't understand why or how I piss so many moms, on here, off.

I like the way you numbered your post, so I copied the style. Hope it didn't piss you off, too.

But, then, I just read the one word posts....
I still don't undestand.

1) The one word posts were BoxyBomb. Boxy. Not Proxy. I know, we're both devilishly handsome -- but I'm good, and she's evil. I can't speak *for* her, but I'm pretty sure she was directing those words to momtoH&G.

2) Don't mind a bit.

3) I'm not even touching the April/defensive thing.

4) I don't know what to tell you about the pissing off thing either. I piss off people a lot, but usually I either a) know I'm going to be pissing them off or b) figure out after the fact what set of the powder keg.

Why do you have to log-in and log-out? ?? My computer keeps me logged in whether or not I'm in or out of the M2M site. The only time I have to log-in is if the computer has been completely shut down.

Are we supposed to log-in and log-out everytime?
