Hot Spinach Dip
This is a really good version of hot, cheesy, artichoke spinach dip. My mom gave me this recipe, and we have this when the family gets together for holidays, etc. It's so easy -- and always a hit.
Hot Spinach Dip
16oz cream cheese
8 oz Monterey jack cheese
4 oz Parmesan cheese
1 can artichoke hearts chopped and drained
2 cans Ro-tel tomatoes
2 pkgs chopped frozen spinach, drained well
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
Combine and place in a large casserole dish.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes
Serve with Fritos or crackers

Re: Hot Spinach Dip
This sounds really good - I think that I'll have to make this for our annual cookie exchange!
