I had an ex that would get really drunk and either forget to wake up when he pee'd or he'd pee in the corner of the bedroom. Easiest way to fix that was to leave his ass. 
But I have to idea how to get kids to not pee on rugs. My son (12 years old) likes to pee outside still. But only when we are at my parents house in the semi-country.
