The New Year Countdown Has Begun
Two more days and a few hours until 2013.
What's everyone doing for the holiday?
We're staying home to host a teen slumber party. Also, my husband and I have a bottle of champagne we received as a gift and have been saving to toast the New Year.

It will just be the hubby and I tomorrow night. Movies and Dick Clark. Or his replacement, Ryan Seacrest!
No champagne, however.
I am taking an antibiotic that does not interact well with alcohol. Stupid doctor! LOL

Re: The New Year Countdown Has Begun
Since I am working on New Year's Day, the kids and I are staying at home and having nacho cheese, other fun snacks, mocktails and a special cocktail for mom.
Early Tuesday morning I will put black-eyed peas and ham in the crockpot for our New Year's Day meal before I head to work.
Hope everyone has a safe and happy beginning of the New Year!

Ohhh, thanks for the reminder, mygr8crew. I forgot to buy black eyed peas! I guess I better get dressed and go get some! I also should go pull the ribs out of the freezer.
