Mostly, this The United States Agency for International Development, USAID, has committed $10m (7.4m euros, £6.3m) to the four-year project. That $10m coming from tax payer dollars. A governmental agency choosing a non-profit and using them and paying (I suppose Sesame Street) with tax payer dollars...
